A leading Glasgow interior architecture studio is looking for a Senior Interior Designer with strong hospitality experience to take the lead on high‑profile hotel refurbishments across the UK and Europe. These are projects for major brands like Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Accor with real visibility, real complexity, and real creative opportunity.

What you’ll be doing

Leading interior design across hotel refurbishments, upgrades, and brand‑standard implementations

Developing concept narratives, material palettes, FF&E schemes and guest‑journey thinking

Producing detailed design packages and coordinating with architects, contractors and brand teams

Managing projects from early concept through to delivery on site

Ensuring designs meet brand guidelines while still pushing creativity and differentiation

Presenting to clients, stakeholders and global hotel groups

Mentoring junior designers and contributing to studio culture
What we’re looking for

5–8 years’ experience in interior design, ideally with hospitality or hotel projects

Strong portfolio showing concept development, detailing, and built work

Confident project manager able to run refurb projects with pace, clarity and control

Experience working with major hotel brands (Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Accor, etc.) is a strong advantage

Excellent communication skills and ability to lead client conversations

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; Revit experience beneficial

Someone who thrives in a collaborative, design‑driven studio
