With a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, education, healthcare, and heritage sectors, this practice pride themselves on collaborative design, technical excellence, and long-term client relationships.

As an Associate Architect, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, balancing hands-on project delivery with the opportunity to inspire and mentor our talented staff. This is a client-facing role where you’ll be entrusted with building strong relationships, managing complex projects, and ensuring design quality at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams from concept to completion
• Support and mentor junior and mid-level architects, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration
• Oversee project programmes, budgets, and resourcing
• Engage with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service
• Contribute to business development and the ongoing growth of the practice

About You

• ARB-registered Architect with proven post-qualification experience
• Strong leadership and staff management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing teams
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Skilled in delivering projects of varying scales and complexity
• Passionate about design quality, innovation, and sustainability
• Commercially aware with the ability to balance creativity and pragmatism
