They are currently seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team and work on an exciting £500 million healthcare project right here in Glasgow. Job Description

 

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in the design and construction of a groundbreaking healthcare facility in Glasgow. This project represents a significant investment in the future of healthcare in the city and will provide an opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art facility that will set new standards in patient care and architectural innovation.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop and refine the project's design.
  • Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to oversee the construction process.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
  • Solve technical and design challenges to deliver a successful project.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist, preferably on healthcare projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
