Our client is an Glasgow based Housing Association and are looking for an Administrator for a 6 Month contract opportunity. They provide a professional and friendly work environment and are seeking an Administrator with strong communication skills to be the first point of contact with customers.
They are looking for a highly organised and personable receptionist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly manner, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As the receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the office and delivering a welcoming experience to all visitors.
Further responsibilities will include -
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with relevant staff members.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Support other departments as needed with various tasks and projects.
Candidates will ideally have proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative and display excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

The Property Admin Manager will lead the property admin team and be responsible for working closely with managers within the property department, housing programmes, the wider organisation and key external stakeholders to deliver an effective property administration function, with fit for purpose systems and processes. The role manages the property admin function coordinating with the Maintenance supervisor(s) on all property works ensuring key performance indicators are tracked and achieved.

Based in Central Scotland, our Social Housing sector client is seeking a candidate to join their team and deliver a high-quality reactive repairs service, ensuring excellent customer service, effective team and contractor management. The position is a temporary role that will last 6 months, however it could last longer.
Key Responsibilities
Reactive Repairs Service Management
- Manage, monitor, and control the operational delivery of the reactive repairs service.
- Supervise Property Officers and Property Assistants.
- Manage external contractors delivering reactive repairs and servicing.
- Identify and resolve causes of dampness, ensuring procedures are followed.
- Promote and enforce the Association’s repairs policies daily
Customer Service
- Deliver first-class customer service to internal and external customers.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with tenants, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Promote a professional, ethical, and customer-focused culture.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of work.
Performance & Compliance
- Ensure accurate data processing to support KPI reporting.
- Monitor contractor performance and report outcomes to senior management and the Board.
- Conduct tenant satisfaction surveys and recommend service improvements.
- Investigate complaints and prepare responses.
- Identify and implement training needs for repairs staff.
- Approve tenant alteration requests and arrange post-completion inspections.
- Liaise regularly with Finance and Housing Management teams.
- Attend coordination meetings.
- Provide technical supervision to Housing Administration staff.
- Prepare quotations for owner-occupiers’ share of common repair costs.
Additional Duties
- Provide technical advice and guidance to staff as required.
- Provide cover for senior management within Asset Management when needed.
- Attend Board meetings and prepare draft Board papers.
- Undertake any other relevant duties as required.

Asset Officer
My Glasgow based client is seeking a Maintenance Officer to join them on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an efficient, cost-effective maintenance service across a designated housing patch, ensuring high standards of customer service, property condition, tenant safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reactive repairs and void properties, including inspections, raising work orders, monitoring contractor performance, and minimising rent loss.
- Oversee estate services (landscaping, cleaning) to ensure quality, value for money, and contractor accountability.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure safety compliance, insurance requirements, and asset condition reporting.
- Process alterations, medical adaptations, insurance claims, and improvement applications in line with policy.
- Project manage planned and cyclical maintenance contracts, ensuring delivery to quality standards and KPI targets.
- Support tenant safety compliance, including damp & mould inspections and liaison with health & safety consultants.
- Maintain accurate asset management system records and contribute to performance reporting.
- Support policy development, complaints handling, training, and compliance with the Scottish Social Housing Charter.
During your team at the Housing Association you will comunicate and work closely with Tenants, contractors, Asset Management Team, Customer Services, and senior management.
