Confero Recruitment Group is delighted to be supporting a leading Glasgow architecture practice as they expand their technical team. We’re looking for a talented Architectural Technologist with 3–5 years’ experience, ready to step into a role with real responsibility across high‑profile sport and leisure projects.

The Role

You’ll play a key part in delivering complex, design‑led sport and leisure schemes, working predominantly through RIBA Stages 4–5. Expect hands‑on involvement in technical detailing, coordination, Revit modelling, and on‑site problem solving. This is a role where your technical judgement genuinely shapes project outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Strong technical knowledge and confidence working through RIBA Stages 4–5
• Proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Ability to produce accurate technical drawings and details
• Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors
• A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
