Architect – Lead Your Own Projects & Shape a Major Client’s Estate Strategy
£38,000–£42,000 | Hybrid Working | Glasgow

This role sits within one of Scotland’s most established and respected architectural studios — a practice known for its breadth of sector expertise, long‑standing client relationships and consistent, organic growth.
This is the ideal move for a personable, confident Architect who enjoys being front‑facing, trusted and hands‑on with clients. You’ll become the key advisor to a major estate‑owning client, shaping their long‑term strategy while leading your own projects from early concept through to delivery.

Your Day-to-Day
- Leading your own projects with full responsibility from design through to delivery.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for a major client, offering strategic advice on estate management and future planning.
- Building strong, long‑term relationships through regular engagement and hands‑on guidance.
- Producing high‑quality design work and technical packages using Revit.
- Collaborating with a supportive team and contributing to the wider growth of the practice.
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues as part of a positive, team‑focused culture.
What You’ll Bring
- ARB registration.
- Ideally 3+ years post‑qualification experience.
- A track record of designing and running your own projects.
- Experience working with estate‑owning clients or exposure to estate management is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills — you enjoy the client‑facing side of architecture.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support junior team members.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
