Job Description

Interior Designer – Glasgow

Specialists in Bars, Restaurants, High‑End Leisure & Boutique Hotels

If you’re an Interior Designer who thrives on creating spaces with personality, atmosphere, and commercial impact, this is the role that will let you do your best work.

A locally owned, Glasgow‑based design studio is expanding its team and looking for a talented designer who can bring fresh ideas, technical confidence, and a genuine passion for hospitality environments. This is a chance to join a close‑knit practice with a strong reputation for crafting standout bars, destination restaurants, boutique hotels, and premium leisure spaces across Scotland and beyond.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading and contributing to concept development for hospitality and leisure projects
  • Producing detailed technical drawings and coordinated design packages
  • Working closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to bring designs to life
  • Developing mood boards, FF&E specifications, and presentation materials
  • Supporting projects from early concept through to site delivery
  • Collaborating with a small, creative team where your ideas genuinely shape the outcome

What you’ll bring

  • Strong proficiency in Revit – essential
  • Experience working on hospitality, leisure, or commercial interiors
  • A portfolio that shows flair, originality, and an understanding of how spaces feel as well as how they function
  • Confidence presenting ideas and communicating with clients
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach and the ability to manage your own workload
  • A genuine enthusiasm for bars, restaurants, hotels, and experiential design

Why join this studio

  • Work on some of Scotland’s most exciting hospitality and boutique hotel projects
  • Be part of a friendly, independent Glasgow practice where your contribution is visible and valued
  • Enjoy real creative freedom and the opportunity to shape concepts from day one
  • A supportive environment that encourages growth, experimentation, and professional development
  • A studio culture built on collaboration, trust, and a shared love of great design

If you’re ready to design spaces that people talk about, remember, and return to, this could be your next move.
