Confero Recruitment Group is proud to be supporting a boutique architectural studio in Glasgow as they look to appoint a talented Architect to join their growing team. The practice specialises in beautifully detailed, high‑end residential developments, offering the chance to work on some of Scotland’s most refined private homes.

The Opportunity

This is an ideal role for an Architect who enjoys working in a small, design‑led environment where creativity, craftsmanship, and client experience truly matter. You’ll have the autonomy to shape projects from concept through to completion, with direct client interaction and meaningful design ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs, feasibility studies, and detailed technical packages
• Lead projects through planning, building warrant, tender, and on‑site stages
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Produce high‑quality drawings, models, and presentation material
• Contribute to a collaborative, detail‑focused studio culture

About You

• ARB‑registered Architect with strong residential experience
• Confident working across all RIBA stages
• Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of Scottish building standards
• Strong communication skills and a client‑focused approach
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
• A genuine passion for high‑quality detailing and bespoke residential design
